how to order a commission?
open a ticket in my discord server with this info:
♡ what type of asset/commission package you want
♡ what base you want it rigged to
♡ describe what you want and include reference photos
confirming commission slot
♡ once you've opened a ticket with the order form, please allow me 24 hours to get back with a quote.
♡ after we have agreed on a price, i will send an invoice. you may choose to pay 50% first or 100% upfront.
♡ upon payment, you will be slotted into the work queue.
modelling
♡ i will create the mesh and check with you for feedback along the way.
♡ only up to 5 changes during this stage (no drastic changes from agreed design).
once you are happy with the look, i will proceed with rigging, weight-painting & texturing.
texturing
♡ i will texture the mesh and check with you for feedback along the way.
♡ only up to 5 changes during this stage (no drastic changes from agreed design).
♡ once you are happy with the look, final 50% is to be paid (if comm was not paid in full upfront).
delivery
♡ after receiving final payment, i will send you a zip file containing all relevant files for your commission.
♡ if you encounter any issues with the product, it is your responsibility to check and let me know within 7 days of receiving the product.
post-delivery service
♡ i will prompt you after 7 days. if you don't respond 48h after that, the commission will be marked 'complete' without further notice and the ticket will be closed.
♡ if you need help after the ticket is closed, don't hesitate to open a new ticket and ask! however, if you want further changes at this point, additional charges will apply.

♡ IMPORTANT NOTE ♡if i don't own the base you want the commission fitted and rigged to, you will need to purchase it for me.this cost is separate from the commission price. however, if it's a base i want, i may off-set the base's cost from the commission cost.please discuss this with me before doing so.
